No person from the following shall be considered eligible to be a member of the Committee or the Academic Committee:-
(a)  ………….
(b) A person who is in the custody of a creditor,
(c) A person lacking balance or mental balance,
(d) A person who has been found guilty by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude, and has been sentenced to imprisonment,
(e) a person who has not completed the age of twenty-one years, or
(f) A person who is in a contract with the Institute or has a private financial interest in any transaction with the Institute.
